This section illustrates the numerous designations, ordinances, laws, methods and programs available in Connecticut to protect and preserve our irreplaceable architectural, historical, and cultural heritage.

This section will help you find the right person for the preservation job, be it our Circuit Riders, who are field officers trained to bring preservation resources to local groups, real estate agents trained in the history of major Connecticut architectural styles, preservation and conservation easements, preservation regulations and tax incentives or restoration professionals and suppliers in Connecticut and surrounding areas.
